What we do
How it helps.
During wind driven rain, walls normally absorb a lot of moisture. When ProPERLA Façade Coating is applied, the rain water is repelled, and the walls remain dry – water absorption is reduced by up to 93.4%. Instead of absorbing into the walls, the water forms into droplets which simply run off the surface.
The newly painted appearance of your home will last much longer. Dirt is washed away with rainfall and due to a lack of moisture in the walls, the unsightly growth of moss, algae or lichens is greatly reduced

Reduces water absorption by more than 95% meaning dryer walls and less heat loss.
Colours:
Available in a range of timeless pastel colours with a matt finish, there’s an option that’s perfect for every home. Colour cards with coated samples are available upon request.
